1. What’s your process from concept to delivery?
We follow a 4-step workflow:
- Discovery Call/Meet – We understand your brand, goals, and target audience.
- Production – We shoot at your location or in our studio with professional gear and crew.
- Post-production – We handle editing, colour grading, sound, voiceover, and animation.
- Delivery & Support – You get final files in platform-specific formats + optional revisions.
2. How long will it take to complete my project?
Turnaround depends on the complexity:
- Reels/Shorts: 3–5 working days
- Corporate videos: 7–10 working days
- Animated explainers: 10–14 working days
- Podcast edits: 7-8 working days

3. What does your pricing include? Are there any hidden charges?
Our pricing is 100% transparent. We share a detailed breakdown of pre-production, shoot time, editing hours, voiceover, and additional services. No hidden fees. Travel, licensing, and additional revisions (if needed) are clearly outlined before the project begins.
4. Can I get short-form content (reels/snippets) from the main shoot?
Yes! Every long-form shoot can be repurposed into multiple reels, story edits or teaser videos. This multiplies your content ROI from a single session.
5. What if I need revisions? How many do you allow?
We include a (1) free round of revisions in all our packages. Additional changes are charged at a minimal hourly rate. We always aim to get it right early to avoid back-and-forth.
6. Do you manage social media posting too?
No.
7. I’ve never made a video before. Will you guide me through the process?
Absolutely. Most of our clients are doing video for the first time. We’ll guide you through each step. From script to screen in the simplest & most collaborative way possible.
8. Do you offer retainers or monthly content packages?
Yes. Our monthly plans include shoot + edit + post services designed for brands that want consistent content. These packages are flexible and cost-efficient for businesses aiming to scale
